Cancelation policy: Missed in-person group classes will not be made up. However, students may request to receive an access to Hug Melody recorded class. Alternatively, if there is another in-person class offered and available, you may request to come to the class.

[Procedures to request a makeup class] Students must notify Hug Music of their cancelation with a 24-hour’s notice to be eligible to receive a makeup lesson/class. Make-up lessons need to be requested by the students or parents, and need to be scheduled by the end of the semester.

Withdrawal policy: There is a processing fee of $25 applies to any refunds requested by the students (no fee applied if students request to receive a school credit as a refund). Full refund of the tuition will be given 21 days prior to the day of the first class. A 50% of the tuition will be refunded 7 days prior to the first class date. There will be no refund after this.
